Slow Stitch Scroll Workshop
Join us in creating this whimsical slow stitch scroll. It’s a perfect project to let your imagination soar through textile art. The size of this scroll project makes it a low pressure, pleasurable hand sewing experience.
This is a three hour workshop to slow-stitch a personal scroll with tools and inspiration from others.
Workshop includes:
Vintage wooden thread spool with fabric roll attached.
Embroidery and appliqué thread.
A variety of fabric scraps.
Beads and baubles.
Needles and notions.
Cotton bag to store your project.
Skill level: advanced beginner. Participants should be comfortable sewing with a needle and thread and know basic embroidery stitches.

Cost: $50
Capacity: minimum of 3 and maximum of 8
Instructor: Kelly Morton
Supplies: All supplies will be included to stitch your scroll. Your fee includes 3 hours of instruction and the supplies mentioned above. We will have coffee, tea, water and soft drinks; feel free to bring your own beverage and snacks.
Please allow time for traffic and parking. There is street parking on Ferris, Virginia and other side streets. Email or call with any questions.
Cancellations must be made within 7 days for a full refund. No refunds or class makeups are given for failure to attend or cancellations within 7 days. If a class is cancelled by the teacher/The Craft Table, a full refund will be given.
